Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Wage Payment: Employee rights include:- Pay for all earnings made (INFO # 3) at the rate consented to by the company and worker.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you earnings, you can send your employer a composed demand for payment of incomes by mail, e-mail, text message, or other electronic methods.
